Running Windows 2000 and Office 2000, SP3 ... on a PC that multiple
people share by logging on/off their respective User IDs.
Each user id has a subdirectory under
C:\Documents and Settings
and each of the USERID subdirectories has an
Application Data\Microsoft\Templates
subdirectory where I can add templates to which I want the user to
have access.
I would like to add the tempates to ONE place on the PC where all
users of that PC will have access to the template. There is an
ALLUSERS\Templates subdirectory under "Docs & Settings," but it does
not seem "to work." If I place a template in it, I cannot see that
template when I do File/New from Word or Excel.
Is there any way to do what I want?
