Office 2000/Powerpoint - JPG's Turn Black on viewing

I create a Power point presentation on my slow, computer -
it will display just fine on any other computer EXCEPT
my bosses. He can see some pages fine - others the images
are all blacked out - just a black square where the
picture is. HIS computer is using the same software
version, and is a supercharged P4/3.2Ghz with 16MB of
video ram and all the latest drivers. He wants me to
figure it out.

HELP!!!!!!!!!!!
