I haven't seen this one in a while and have forgotten the
specifics but if memory serves then this is an issue with
the MDAC components on that system and you should try is
run the following.
Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.7 Refresh
"Microsoft Data Access Components (MDAC) 2.7 RTM -
Refresh (2.70.9001.0) contains core components, including
the Microsoft SQL ServerT and Oracle OLE database
provider and Open Database Connectivity (ODBC) driver.
MDAC does not contain the MDAC software development kit
(SDK) or the desktop database providers and drivers"
This is the link, although you may have to copy and paste
into notepad to make it one continuous url and then cut
paste into IE.
