Microsoft Office Premium is nothing more then Microsoft Office with extra stuff. Almost all Microsoft Office types (Small Business, Professional, Premium, Academic) have Excel. In Microsoft Office 2000 you are using version 9 of Excel. All types of Microsoft Office 2000 use version 9 of Excel. There is no difference in the versions of Excel between the types of Microsoft Office. Office Professional has Access 9 included with it. Premium has FrontPage 5 with it.
The numbersof the individual versions of the individual applications are changing in each version of Microsoft Office to bring them all in line. But the versions of the applications do not change among the types of Microsoft Office. Note I am talking Microsoft Office. Microsoft Works is a different ball-game altogether.
