Can anyone help, if I create a document in Word or a
workbook in Excel they look ok on screen but when printed
they end up full of gaps in word or the text starts off
ok for the first few rows but then ends up out off line
with the grid in excel, but if I save the document and
transfer it to the PC beside me it will print perfect.
We are running a network with a common HP laser printer
connected to the server. This problem is affecting 2 of
the 4 PC on the network. I have tried to download the
latest driver for the HP printer but it didn't fix the
problem. Apparently Office was reinstalled on the other
PC, I didn't do this or did not see it done so cant be
sure it was done correctly, that has this problem but
that didn't seem to work either
