Office 2000 Pro SR-1a Update Problem

Am running Office 2000 Pro on W2K and am logged in as Administrator. Have
downloaded SR-1a and been prompted to load Disc 1 of MS Office 2000. Get
the message "Please wait while Windows starts to configure MS Office 2000
SR-1 Pro". Then when black bar is halfway along, error message comes up
"Error 1321. The Installer has insufficient privileges to modify this file
E:\Pfiles\Common\System\Mapi\OUT40.EXE". Had no problem installing on my
other W2K computer, so has anyone any idea as to what's going on?
