Office 2000 problems after installing SP 4 for Windows 2000

I have just installed SP 4 for Windows 2000 Professional
and any attempt to run any Office program results in the
message "This application must be installed to run. Please
run Setup from the location where you originally installed
the application". Should I reinstall Office now or maybe
there exists an easier way to fix this?
