Office 2000 products prompt for .msi file after Outlook 2003 insta

What happened? I installed Outlook 2003 over Office 2000 and now whenever I
launch Word or IE or Excel, etc. it searches for the .msi file. After 3
cancels, I can get in, however, I do not know at this time if certain actions
in the application will prompt for the .msi file again. Please help, I'm not
sure where the O2K CD is. Also, can you tell me what registry key is used to
define the path for Office files. What is the key, what is the default
directory path. Thanks!!!
