Office 2000 prompting for W2K SP4 CD

I have a fresh w2k build with SP4 installed, I attempt to
install office 2000 and it prompts for the w2k Sp4 CD,
with no browse option so that i can point it to the
network location of the sp4 files. So I created a CD
with the i386 folder in it and tried to use that. The
installer was not happy and says that it is the wrong CD.
I also tried putting the contents of the i386 folder in
the root directory of the CD, but the installer did not
like that either, it keeps saying that the wrong cd is
installed. Any thoughts ?
