Office 2000 prompts for .msi file after installing Outlook 2003

After installing Outlook 2003, now Word, IE, etc. all prompt for an msi file
when launched. Several cancels will bring up the apps, however, I'm unable
to located my O2K CD. What's going on?

Additional info: Outlook 2003 was installed automatically (from the domain
server) when the computer/user was added to the server.
