Office 2000 Service Pack 3 and Windows Me

I am running Windows Me and have been trying to update my
copy of Office 2000.

When I try to download Service Pack 3 I get
an "Installation Unsucessful" message.

I have tried diabling my firewall and virus protection
software as advised, but still get the same message.

Can anyone help?
