Office 2000 Service Pack 3 (English) Upgrade Doesn't work

I am able to download the new Office 2000 Service Pack 3
English Update Package, but it fails to install. As a
result, I am unable to install subsequent upgrades that
first require SR3 to be installed. (FYI, It appears that
the upgrade has installed, but my computer is simply not
listing it as installed.)
