Office 2000 Service Pack 3 installation fails after 26Mb download

I am going thru the procedures for updating Office 2000. Service Pack 1
installed okay. Next I was offered Service Pack 3 - after a 26Mb download on
a slow dial-up connection this fails to install. I then searched for and
found Service Pack 2 which I downloaded and successfully installed, but SP3
still fails. Ideas?

Try installing the full file version of SP3 and have your product CD's handy.
