Office 2000 Service Pack #3 requires Office small business disk

I can't seem to update my Office 200 without a small business disk (which I
do not have). I have installed Office 200 Standard. Not sure why it is
asking me for this disk? Also my start up of Word runs slow now after having
installed Service Pack 2.
