Office 2000 Service Release 1a - English version Disc 2 error, #23

Hello,

I'm having trouble with Office 2000 Service Release 1a - English version
Disc 2 update. It's giving me an error, #2349? Any suggestions on solving
the problem? I had no problem on the Disc 1 update.
