Office 2000-Setup.exe

I have Office 2000 SR-1 Premium.
When i try run the setup.exe from the cd for add some
components. i receive the message "Was not possible
the opening of this parcel of addition..." and the setup finished ?
I cant unistall Office !!!
What can i do ?

When i run the setup.exe the system trying access
to drive a:\
When i try install VB Help i receive the message:
..........installer error 1635
