Office 2000 setup

I am installing Office 2000 on our network. We have clients that we wish to
be able to run Office apps from the network server. We also have a terminal
server running Citrix and have thin clients that we would like to be able to
run Office from an Office published app. I wanted to do an Admin install to
control Office updates to all clients. Could someone recommend the best
setup option, server to run Office 2000, etc?
