Office 2000 Shortcut Bar Help needed please.

I've just had to redo a WinME installation from scratch. I'm in the
process of reloading the apps. I've got Office 2000 in, but am having
trouble remembering how to configure the Office Shortcut Bar to look as
it did before. Specifically, I can't recall how to add buttons for DOS
Prompt, Control Panel, and Windows Explorer. I also once know how to
set up an icon such that Windows Explorer starts at the C:\ rather than
the apparent default of "Desktop".

Any help will be greatly appreciated.
