Hi Bennie,
Try going to Start/Run and run "msoffice.exe" without the quotes.
You should encounter a message along the lines of "Do you want to the
OSB to automatically start when Windows starts" answer "Yes" and a
shortcut will be created in your Start/Programs/Startup folder.
If you encounter an error using the Run command then use Windows
Search and search for "msoffice.exe", without the quotes, and
double-click the file in the search results.
