Office 2000 Shortcut Bar

Hi,
After having the office shortcut bar on my desktop for ages I now seem to
have lost it! I can start it from - start menu/programms/office tools but
cannot get it to start with windows (98se), even after replying "yes" to the
question " do you want office shortcut bar to automatically start next time"
