Office 2000 shut down automatically after open for a few second

Hi,

When I open Microsoft Word 2000, I got the error described in the
Winword.jpg attached file.
sometime it happen to Excel and Outlook as well ...
I have tried to uninstall the whole Office 2000 -> reboot -> reinstall
Office 2000 into a different
directory but it's still happening the same thing.
I am using the HP/Compaq NX9010 notebook.
anyone could help ?

Buy a legal copy /then/ update.

well ... it's a legal copy ...
and i just updated to Office XP (legal copy as well) ...
but I got the same error ...
