office 2000 small business edition

hi .....

i have this original two cds of microsoft office 2000
small business edition and cd 1 works fine but cd 2 is no
longer working properly what can i do???? this product was
bought in singapore but these days we are in hong kong....

can i like exchange the cds or what can be done????

please help....
