Office 2000 Small Business Install Problem

Please help if you can.
When I installed office 2000 small business disc 1 all
went well. When I installed disc 2 all went well. Or so
I thought. When I tried to open Access 2000 is was not
there. I tried to install Access 2000 by itself off
disc 2 and the error reads "no license to install"
I have all the paper work and numbers that came with
the software when I purchased. Is there something I'm
missing? Or is this a bug/

Access does not come with the Small Business Office 2000 - it sounds like
you have a mixed CD set. Did you perhaps purchase an Access program
separately?

Hi Michael,

The Access file in Office 2000 on CD#2 is a runtime
only module that is used by the Office 2000 Small
Business Tools. It is not the MS Access full product.

just the two in the same package, no singular products
on disc 2 there is an Access.exe that doesn't load at
setup. I tried manually and got the license issue.
I looked at my Access97 properties and the one on
the new disc is a version higher.
