Office 2000 Sounds update

Everytime I try to install the Office XP/2000 Sounds
update I get this message:

"Error creating <C\Documents and Settings\hamerlm\Local
Settings\TEMP\1XPOOO.tmp\Launcher.exe/1 sounds.msi>.

Please help.
