Office 2000 SP1

When attempting to download Office 2000 SP1 on my dialup line, it appears to
bypass my download restart application. Although SP2 downloaded through this
restart app O.K. But since I need SP1 before I can install SP1, I'm stymied
somewhat. So does anyone know how to download a copy of SP1 that won't bypass
my restart app or is there another way to obtain it?
