Office 2000 SP2 toolbar displays question marks after W2K SP4

After installing W2000 SP4 the office 2000 SP2 toolbar
displays question marks on it's toolbar. Refresh of the
pictograms using the toolbar menu does not help.

The links in the map c:\documents and settings\my-
username\application data\microsoft\office\shortcut bar
contains the correct links and display the correct icons.

I do not have an On-stream tape as suggested in KB299612

I believe the icons are placed in somekind of database:
can I rebuild it using some kind of tool ?

Anybody knows as solution ?
