Office 2000 SP3 Admin Office update site

I have installed Office 2000 SP3 from an admin installation. Every time I go
to the officeupdate site it tells me that I have an admin installation,
TRUE, but I need to install SP3.

Any ideas why it keeps flagging up that I need SP3 even though it is
installed?
