Office 2000 SP3 and Outlook "Save to Disk" behavior

Hi Guys,

Basically users can't click to open a Word Doc after
applying the Office SP3 update.....

We just installed five Office SP3 service packs in
testing phase.
I anticipated the Outlook security update and added the
key itself and some desired file types to the
Level1Remove reg key.

The weird thing is that I have a few users who have
received the Office SP3 patch and ARE able to double-
click a Word doc to open it !!

Any thoughts?
