Office 2000 SP3 crashed MS Excel

I was trying to install Office 2000 SP3. I can not find my disc and asked to
install without one. During installation Windows Installer asked for "MS
Office SR-1 disc 2". The only option I had was to cancel. Now when I try to
run Excel, Windows Installer re-starts asking for the disc I do not have.
Excel does not open, all other office software seems to be workng normally.
How can I get Excel to run?

Same problem here I restored to date before update downloaded all OK now.

Sorry I'm not very advanced with the computer I just restored the whole system

Thanks anyway. I've installed OpenOffice to use in place of Excel for now.
I can get the "MS Office SR-1 disc 2" from my brother when he returns in
about 8 weeks.
