Office 2000 SP3 install question?

My environment is Windows/2000 with Office/XP and FrontPage/2000. When I
click on the Office Product Updates, I see Office 2000 SP3 as a selectable
update. Since I have a combination of Office/XP and FrontPage/2000, should I
install the Office/2000 SP3 to get any FrontPage/2000 updates? Is this safe
to do or will I clobber my Office/XP or is there another separate source for
FrontPage/2000 updates only?
