I have been trying for a long time to install sp3 because my office
programmes dont work well. The MS website suggested this sp when i sent an
error report.
It is downloaded to my desktop but when i click to install it says "this
update cannot be applied" Why?
I also tried the detect and repair in ms word help, like Chris Schatte
suggested, but this came up with "the feature you are trying to use is on a
network resource that is unavailable"
Does anyone have any suggestions on installing the sp?
