Office 2000 SR-1a update

Attempted to perform SR-1a update after Microsoft Word
2000 SR-1 crashed.

After lengthy download, prompted to install disk "Office
2000 Small Business." The disk that came with the
computer is "WorksSuite 2001." I inserted the disk but
the download could not be successfully completed.

Why was I prompted to install the "small business" disk?"
What do you suggest?
