Office 2000 sr1 patch

The instructions at Microsoft are to download this small
165 kb file and then when you run it it needs to connect
to the internet to download the REAL patch and then it
will install it.

I need to download the REAL patch on one computer, and
then take that file to my other computer (which is NOT
connected to the internet) to update Office 2000.

Where can I get this file?
