office 2000 SR1 premium, feature needed is not on disk

When using help feature in word and often with emails that apparently have
some kind of graphic, I get the following message: Please wait while Windows
configures, 2001 SR1 Premium. Then it asks to insert the disk, when I do that
I get the message that that feature is not available on the CD. This is a
fairly new message, did not occur in the past. Tried to reinstall from the
repair on add/remove programs, asks for the same disk.
