Office 2000 SR1a update

I am finally updating Office 2000 and I started downloaded SR-1a and ran the
program without saving it to a file on my hard drive. The download went fine
but as it was updating it asked for a Word 2000 disk so it could find
data1.msi. I never had a Word 2000 disk as all of the products were on the 2
disk set of Office 2000 and Disk 1 was in the drive. I eventually canceled
the update. The pop-up said "Microsoft Office 2000 SR-1 Update did not
complete successfully. For assistance, contact Microsoft Technical Support.

Any suggestions?

You might have had Works in the past? Word came with Works.
