Office 2000 SR1a

My computer bombed earlier this week and I had to reinstall Office 2000. I have now tried several times to update it with SR1a and every time the download fails and tells me to look at the Office 2000 SR-1 Setup(0004).txt file. It is costing me a fortune everytime I try to download the SR1a update. Can anyone tell me where I am going wrong.

One other thing I forgot to mention, I also disabled all my Nortons products to see if maybe that was causing the update to fail. The update still failed so I don't think Nortons has anything to do with the update continually failing
