To add a bit to Mike's reply.
While for Office XP/2002 the Small Business Edition was avaialable
only as an OEM/pre-installed product, for Office 97, 2000
and Office 2003 the Small Business Edition is also a
boxed retail product
The contents of each of the Office 2000 suites (editions)
