office 2000 to office 2003 Save Setting Wizard

I would like to copy the settings from 1 old computer with Office 2000 to a
new computer with Office 2003. The Save My Settings Wizard in Office 2000
only has the option to save the OPS file to the internet, which cannot be
restored with the Office 2003 Save Settings Wizard.... Can I install either
the XP ORK or 2003 ORK on the old computer and then save the settings with
it? Are there any other migration tools available for download???
