Office 2000 toolbar - where is it?

Hi gurus,

I just "upgraded" from Office 97 to 2000 (legacy but good enough for me) and
can't find the Office toolbar in the C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office
folder - is it not available in this version? I see shortcuts to the Office
programs in C:\Program Files\Microsoft Office\Office\Shortcut Bar\Office
folder but no executable for the toolbar. The Office toolbar is the single
most useful utility in Office for me because it allows me to hide shortcuts
from the desktop until I need them.

rerun the office 2000 setup and see if it was installed
haven't used that version for a long time, so can't remember if it installed
if you select typical setup
