Office 2000 update

I am running MS Windows 98SE and Office 2000. When I try
install Outlook 2000 Update: Dec. 18, 2002 I get the MS
Office Hotfix Installer error message Update cannot be
applied. I have any possible conflicts disabled. Can
anyone help? Thanks.
