office 2000 update

i installed office 2000 professional on my laptop and
desktop.i tried to install updates,but inspite of several
attempts it failed to install.it keeps saying error1331
missing files (i have original professional cd).i tried
to repair & uninstall still same problems.
please can anyone advice thankyou.
