Office 2000 upgrade to Office2003

Hi there,

we've upgraded in our company all clients from Office2000 to Office2003. We
use the OS Windows 2000 and Windows XP. After the Upgrade we have the Problem
that on some computer the user will be asked for a password to entry our
Intranet or Extranet. The Window shows like the one you get in the Internet
Explorer, when you entry a password saved site.
On some Computer the Window comes once a day after a few minutes the user
logged in and no other program is open and then window came first back after
the next reboot.
On some other computer the window comes if the user opened an office
Product. Then the Window can be closed but it comes back a few
minutes/seconds later.

If we delete the Profile of the User and built it up new the mistake is
away, so it must be in the Profile.

Do someone have an idea what the mistake can be ???

Since this seems to be profile-related, I'd post it to an appropriate
