Office 2000 & Windows Installer

When I go to "About Microsoft Access" in Office 2000 it tells me my version
is 9.0.6926 SP-3. Also when I check for Office updates on the MS website it
tells me that Office is up-to-date. I have Office 2002 and Office 2003 also
installed.

I have been getting annoyiing messages when I open some email in Outlook
2003. Windows installer starts to run and wants to install Office 2000 SR-1
Premium.

How do I get it to stop doing this?

What are the annoying messages? Could it be that there are components of
Office that didn't get installed originally, but that certain messages in
Outlook require, such as foreign language character sets?

What happens if you complete the installation of Office 2000 Premium using
your original CDs?
