Office 2000 + Word 2002

I have an OEM version of Works which includes Word 2002 - I want to install
my Office 2000 Premium but think it may wipe out Word 2002 which I want to
keep and replace it with Word 2000 - any ideas would be welcome..

During setup you may choose which applications would you like to keep or
remove, so just run the newer version's setup tool after you have installed
the older version and it should do the trick.
