office 2000 word

Hi All,

I am having something happen I have never seen before. When the user is in
word and clicks on the "open" icon (folder) the dialog box immediately goes
behind the open new document causing the user to have to alt+tab to bring the
open file dialog box to come to the front. Anyone have this happen and know
of a fix. The user is on windows xpp with sp2 installed. Office 2000
premium.

This is usually caused by the Office Plug-in in Norton AntiVirus. Disable
it.
