Unbundled Loop

I have installed a licensed XP Pro OS with multi-users (one administrator,
five limited users) for use in a home environment. I would like to install a
licensed Office 2000 Pro so all users have full access to this application
suite. I have not read a retailed install methodology. The best I've seen is
to install it to the Users/All folder. What is a proper course of action to
install this app to all my users profiles.

Install as an Administrator so that everybody can use it using their own limited
login. It is as simple as that.

No, this I have done, and every limited account is asking for an
administrator password to use an office app.(i.e. Word, Excel etc) Is there
any additional information I can provide to assist in a solution.
