Office 2000

I recently updated the office 2000 suite, with all the
latest service packs, and hotfixes, and now users are
complaining about problems with other softwares on their
PC's. can this be related to the patches and hotfixes? and
if it is, is there a way to uninstall theses patches? I
need help asap, these users are very upset. the one prgram
they are expiriencing problems with, uses Java, I just
thought I throw that in there, in case it matters.
