Office 2000

I can ot load Office 2000 on my new computer, which has
Windows XP - Home.

I receive the following:

Error 1305. Error reading file.
E:\PFiles\MSOffice\Office\GENIUS.ACG.
Verify that the file exists & that you can access it. The
File is on Disk 1 of my Office CD. Can anyone help?

Hi, Robert,

Is this a retail copy, or did it come with a previous computer?

Have you tried cleaning the CD, or installing it on another computer to see
if it's a problem with the CD?
