I have office 2000 which was installed by the
manufacturer. They are unable to help me. Recently I have
had some problems with my computer..I still have office
200 on my hard drive, but cannot get it to setup for use.
I cannot locate the data1.exe file..help!

Why is the manufacturer unable to help you? They are responsible for
supporting the programs they install.

Do you have installation CDs? Have you tried running setup from the
installation CDs to re-install Office? It sounds like you get an error.
What is the exact text of the error message? At what point does the error
occur? What is your operating system?

If you don't have a CD, you'll need to get one from your manufacturer.
