DATA1.MSI, to make the transfers of Pictures from Scanners or Cameras

It's on your Office CD. When prompted for this file, put the CD in and
navigate to the root of the CD

If you are trying to repair or install additional components and are
prompted for Data1.msi then it may be corrupt or missing. It's not something
you can download since it's specific to your installation of Office. To
correct the problem, download the Windows Installer Cleanup utility from
here:
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/290301/

Run the utility and remove only the reference to Office 2000. Then install
Office 2000 again in order to correct the entries for the Windows Installer.
